Random Signal Droidcast, Episode 10: What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?
I love songs about Halloween, monsters, horror, and general creepiness. Collecting these kinds of songs has become a minor obsession of mine (one of many, I must admit), and every year I make a new Halloween mix CD. Between now and Halloween I will be posting the track lists as well as additional content related to these mixes.
In addition to working on this year’s mix, I will be doing a the sixth annual Halloween music show over at the main Random Signal podcast. For past Halloween shows, click here. But that’s not all! I also do a second show dedicated to monster music every Aprilween!
Lastly, I wanted to tell you about two new Tumblr projects I’m working on:
Fuck Yeah, Merge Records — Music and more from my favorite indie record label.
The Brave & The Beard — Facial hair and comic books! Together at last!

Random Signal Droidcast, Episode 005: Thumbectomy Movie Marathon

Random Signal Droidcast, Episode 004: Lovin’ Lovecraft
Despite being a long-time fan of his Cthulhu Mythos, I’m only now getting around to actually reading the works of H.P. Lovecraft. In this podcast you will hear a few of my gibbering thoughts on the topic (I knew it was a bad idea to make out with that Shuggoth!), and watch this feed for enough Lovecraftliciousness to fill a Mi-Go brain case!
